Evaluation of Resource Utilization Efficiency in the Machining Process Based on the SBM-DEA Model with Non-Expected Output

چکیده

As one of the basic industries in manufacturing industry, modeling and evaluation resource utilization efficiency machining process is premise energy conservation consumption reduction industry. Mechanical processing using resources to change shape performance blank form workpiece generate emissions. However, current research on resources, whether focusing or emissions, cannot provide a comprehensive solution this problem. Therefore, paper proposes Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model with slacks-based measure (SBM) evaluate non-expected output. Through relative effectiveness DEA, each can be compared, which feasible specific method for enterprises their existing processes from perspective reducing unexpected In case, input-output used analyze processed list. Then mathematical established, dynamic are determined quantitatively. Finally, accuracy verified by combining working procedure shaft gear an enterprise.
